Dirty Cauliflower Rice

Dirty Cauliflower Rice is an easy to prepare side dish which uses just a few common ingredients and yields tasty results.  Dirty Cauliflower Rice is a versatile side dish with just enough flavor to be enjoyed on its own or serve as a tasty complement to a main course, especially fish and chicken.  We really enjoy Dirty Cauliflower Rice as a side dish with Tilapia and Shrimp Veracruz. Relatively guilt-free in terms of carbohydrates, Dirty Cauliflower Rice is a great substitute for rice, with a nice subtle flavor of its own; its gentle texture and color bring interest and add to the enjoyment of eating it. Reheat any leftover Dirty Cauliflower Rice in a wok or frying pan and serve topped with a fried or poached egg for a satisfying breakfast or lunch.
